New app doesn't work, doesn't connect to any budgeting service such as rocket money. The service the partner with rarely works. There's no Mobile deposit option. The old app worked fine. Was forced to move to this version and it doesn't have even the same capabilities. Edit: fixed the mobile deposit and credit score. So 2 stars now. Still need to fix the connection with services that uses plaid to communicate.

It took a while to get into the new app after the update. But once in it isn't too bad to navigate around the app. I would suggest fixing the card activation process. Since the new app was released, I wasn't able to call in and activate my card. I had to go into the app to do it.

Super buggy. Like worse than before. Refused to log me in, made me call the bank. The person on the phone sounded a little older and had no idea how to help other than the talking points that were given to him. I figured let me try deleting cache and app data and try again and I finally got in wasting about 30 minutes. Now that I'm in the app there are errors everywhere. It looks worse than the last app, it says I can check my credit score but then won't let me. The old app had none of this
