I used to love being able to customize our internet usage by person or device. Then, the app did an update & not a single thing has worked since. Anything I tap pops open an error message that says "ALLO IQ There was a delay, please try again." Edit: I did the whole uninstall, restart, reinstall routine & there is some functionality now, but I still can't add people or set up time limits by device.

What happened? The app used to be great and now it's completely unresponsive. I can't control devices, or have any control over what is using my service. Re-added 01/12/25, got it to work long enough to name a few devices on my network and then I got the delay error... Update, was able to see all my devices and now back to nothing... It's unfortunate how intermittently this app works.

prior to the update when things took forever to initiate, such as load up my device list, or pause/resume my children's internet access, the app would continue trying til it happened. now, it stops after 7 seconds or so and says there was a delay. so I have to attempt again. i've been trying for a few days to add my son's TV to his profile and can't get the user list to populate. what is most frustrating is that I cannot just go into the router and do it myself, I MUST use this app.
