prior to the update when things took forever to initiate, such as load up my device list, or pause/resume my children's internet access, the app would continue trying til it happened. now, it stops after 7 seconds or so and says there was a delay. so I have to attempt again. i've been trying for a few days to add my son's TV to his profile and can't get the user list to populate. what is most frustrating is that I cannot just go into the router and do it myself, I MUST use this app.

👎🏼Terrible app, has never functioned correctly from day 1. Does not work to pause or unpause access to devices consisently. After the update in July/25 it wants to onboard the router randomly when it's been connected for months, and now after opening the app it will give a message saying it is unable to connect at this time. Totally useless! I switched over from Cox, and used their app daily to manage schedules for kids devices which worked excellent. Very disappointing 👎🏼

Good app for managing my router but I do wish there were more options available. Would love the ability to have the router set to block mode so that if any device manage to connect without my permission, it would not be allowed any network access. My previous Netgear did this and it was fantastic. Other than that missing feature this app is good.
