Was Great ... Used to be awesome! Then it totally stopped working. Figured it was just a fluke. Its now been broken for months. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Half of the functions came back. Half of the people are gone. Some devices remembered others not. Devices not used in over a year claim to have been seen online 3 minutes ago.

I used to love being able to customize our internet usage by person or device. Then, the app did an update & not a single thing has worked since. Anything I tap pops open an error message that says "ALLO IQ There was a delay, please try again." Edit: I did the whole uninstall, restart, reinstall routine & there is some functionality now, but I still can't add people or set up time limits by device.

What happened? The app used to be great and now it's completely unresponsive. I can't control devices, or have any control over what is using my service. Re-added 01/12/25, got it to work long enough to name a few devices on my network and then I got the delay error... Update, was able to see all my devices and now back to nothing... It's unfortunate how intermittently this app works.
