About this app

The application is an instant communication channel between members of the neighborhood association to coordinate quick responses to a security event or medical event. It allows users to send and/or receive medical alerts or alert neighbors in the event of a robbery in progress, using emergency buttons.

The application provides the following functionalities:

- Send security alert: this will alert neighbors about a security risk that another neighbor is experiencing.
- Send Medical Emergency Alert: This will alert neighbors about a medical emergency another neighbor may be having.
- Indicate that the emergency was resolved: this will allow you to alert other neighbors that the emergency was resolved.
- Indicate that the emergency was a false alarm: this will allow the other neighbors to be told that the alert was a false alarm.

Furthermore, the application allows:

- View and update personal data.
- View the latest notifications.
- View emergency contacts relevant to the community and call if necessary.
- View the previously accepted terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Additionally, the application will alert you about any changes to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy, asking you to accept said updated elements again.

The login functionality is for the president of the neighborhood association.
