I've had a problem with my hand-held remote & now I've downloaded the app remote, it seems to have the same freeckin😫😡🤬 problem.. the arrow control & "OK" buttons are NOT operating, it's so annoying

Is was so good ! If your remote missing just use this app it will work ! If you don't know how to use it, you need to watch and search this "how to use remote control app" that's all !! Byee ya'll ! 🥺🥺🥺
