Buzzily (SmartPay) is an unified App and an extended feature of Smartpay Employee Self Service (ESS) portal that helps employees to access their Payroll Information on the move. Features & functionality of ESS are limited in this delivery channel. Access to this service is provided based on the HRO solution offered as part of our services to your employer.

Mobile App functionality may vary depending on the modules configured according to your employer and based on your role or access levels.

Ratings and reviews

Right from the get go, one realises the App is trash. Rudimentary functionality such as initial / basic login, is such a pain. Overall layout is another aspect. Only 3-months payslip is available to view and/or download.. list goes on and on.. Uninstalled !

There is a problem with this application; it is causing major issues and logging me out due to glitches. I am facing errors like "account invalid" and "account locked." My HR manager had fixed it for me, but the same problem has recurred, and now he is getting angry with me.

It doesn't show any absences. It doesn't indicate whether the punching-in/out took place or not—which it should have. It also doesn't display the remaining leave balance.
