Buzzily (SmartPay) is an unified App and an extended feature of Smartpay Employee Self Service (ESS) portal that helps employees to access their Payroll Information on the move. Features & functionality of ESS are limited in this delivery channel. Access to this service is provided based on the HRO solution offered as part of our services to your employer.

Mobile App functionality may vary depending on the modules configured according to your employer and based on your role or access levels.

I accidentally uninstalled this app and after reinstalling it is not accepting my password and there is no forget password option even though the contact number is not there. Please improve these issues ASAP. it is very important for work purposes.

Not able to raise a query, every time I am filing the data and when submitting nothing happened only progress bar.shown.

Recently, I accidentally wipe my phone and reinstall all apps, but after that I’m not able to log in to the Buzzily app. Every time I enter my details, the app does not authenticate or proceed further. I have tried reinstalling the app and checking my network, but the issue still remains. Please fix this login problem or provide a proper solution, as it’s very important for my work. Hoping for a quick update or support response.
