Buzzily (SmartPay) is an unified App and an extended feature of Smartpay Employee Self Service (ESS) portal that helps employees to access their Payroll Information on the move. Features & functionality of ESS are limited in this delivery channel. Access to this service is provided based on the HRO solution offered as part of our services to your employer.

Mobile App functionality may vary depending on the modules configured according to your employer and based on your role or access levels.

• User idle time-out forces users to terminate their sessions and re-login after a period of inactivity

Ratings and reviews

There is a problem with this application; it is causing major issues and logging me out due to glitches. I am facing errors like "account invalid" and "account locked." My HR manager had fixed it for me, but the same problem has recurred, and now he is getting angry with me.

please improve your app functions, let's start with new user logins, I just got registered and it says server related queries. it's a disappointing experience at the beginning itself.

No leave portal is showing up. Only monthly payslip and tax computation can be accessed from the app
