I have been enjoying this game since October. However, because of technical issues with my phone I had to reset it. As a result, the game started me back at square one. I tried technical support, more than 3 times! They didn't seem to care. I had to uninstall because they were so slow to react. It ruined the whole gaming experience for me. I really liked this game. One star! UPDATE: THE RESPONSE GIVEN WAS UNCLEAR. MY REVIEW STANDS. ONE STAR. RESPOND WITH CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS NEXT TIME.

Played for over a year. Quickly becoming a fully pay to play game. Used to be able to grind to be semi competitive, all of that is fine. Look elsewhere. Fix the lag and the lack of communication on changes to events and this will adjust. You're trying to kill what was a good game. Checked your nonsense reply. You don't inform about event changes at all. Migration notice did not include the huge changes to both brackets or ticket cost. Your communication is highly discouraging.

Originally, I would have given this game five stars but I've been playing now for over a year and the more they release into the game the more difficult it is to keep up with the players that spend real money. I use to keep up just fine but now they've released too many things that make it so you have to pay to even keep up with the big spenders. It's impossible. It's no longer enjoyable. The matchmaking for the game in several server vs server events such as mist and more are horrendous.
