Almighty Customer is the passenger app for taxi and private hire companies that run on Almighty Dispatch. Book with your operator as usual, then follow every journey from your phone.

SIGN IN WITH YOUR PHONE NUMBER
No password to remember. Sign in with the mobile number you booked with and a booking reference from your confirmation, and the app finds your journeys with that company.

FOLLOW YOUR JOURNEY LIVE
• Live status from Confirmed through Dispatched, En Route, Arrived and On Board to Done
• Your driver's name, vehicle and contact details as soon as a driver is assigned
• Optionally share your location with your driver while you wait, so they can find you — only while you switch it on

YOUR BOOKINGS IN ONE PLACE
• Book a new journey and see the price, paying cash, by card on arrival or online, depending on what your operator offers
• Upcoming journeys, with pickup, drop-off, stops and fare
• History of past and cancelled journeys, with receipts
• Add a journey to your calendar
• Call or message your operator from any booking

NOTIFICATIONS
Get told when your driver is on the way, when they are outside, and when your journey is complete or cancelled.

Almighty Customer works with operators that use the Almighty Dispatch platform. Your journeys, fares and contact details come from your operator.
