About this app

Almighty Operator is the phone-shaped companion to the Almighty Dispatch operator dashboard — built for private hire and taxi operators who need to run the office from their pocket.

Sign in with your usual Almighty Dispatch email and password. Your role (owner, dispatcher or read-only viewer) carries across automatically.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See today's schedule at a glance on the Dashboard, with live counters, a late-pickup alert and your upcoming jobs in one strip.
• Manage every job in progress — Live, Waiting, Pool and Today tabs — advance a job's status, assign or change the driver, call the customer or driver, navigate, or cancel.
• Make a Booking on the move: find or add a customer, autocomplete the address, get an automatic mileage and a server-priced fare quote, add a driver commission and a return leg.
• Track your fleet live on the map, with a full list of drivers and when each was last seen.
• Check your numbers on Graphs — today, 7, 30 or 90-day revenue and margin, a driver-status breakdown, busiest hours, and your top drivers, accounts and vehicle classes.
• See the month ahead on the Calendar, with job counts per day.
• Message any driver, or broadcast to all of them at once.
• Ask the AI Assistant to look things up, draft a message or suggest a change — it always waits for you to confirm before anything is saved.

Quotes are priced on the server by the same engine that prices your online booking widget and card payments, so a quote on your phone matches what a customer is charged online.

Almighty Operator is provided by your own dispatch platform and works only once your operator account has been set up on Almighty Dispatch.
