Tether Link Utility turns your phone's mobile data into a shared connection for other devices — with automatic setup, no manual configuration needed.
AUTOMATIC MODE (Android to Android)
Start the app on the "server" phone and it can automatically turn on its own hotspot — no need to dig through system settings. On the connecting phone, just scan the QR code: it joins the Wi-Fi and connects automatically. No manual Wi-Fi setup, no proxy configuration.
HOW IT WORKS
The app creates a local SOCKS5 proxy server on your device, protected by Android's VpnService API, and forwards traffic from connected devices through your active mobile data connection — without being blocked by carrier hotspot restrictions. No remote server is involved — everything runs on your device.
