Runar Handball (founded January 7, 1949) is the handball department of the Runar Sports Team from Sandefjord. The men's A-team moved down from the elite series in 2016 and up again in 2018. The team has white jerseys and white shorts, and is coached by Johan Zanotti.
The club's heyday was in the 90's. The club has fostered many good players, including Einar Sand Koren, Espen Mjøs, Frank Løke, Thomas Johansen and Peder Trevland.
