this game was fun but after a certain level you cannot get money. I play every day and my cash has been pending for almost two weeks and there is NO WAY to contact the makers of this game. Reaching out on social media DOES NOT mean anything

Where to convert game points, there's no any active option for it. there's shown all withdrawal options are unavailable at the moment. even I reached the minimum threshold of the withdrawal.
