Application that proposes a new 5S audit format that automatically adjusts to the environment to be audited, the audit report can be issued by the system immediately after the audit is completed.
It works supported by a web version that manages all the groups of auditors, linking them with the sectors and the person responsible for auditing.
The novel aspect is that it manages the fixed point photos of each sector, it keeps a record of all the audits carried out and it also allows the administration of additional follow-up visits so that the auditee collects the observations.
It can be used to perform autonomous maintenance audits and integrates with other pre-existing systems such as ISO systems and others.
