very poor exchange. they will block you from withdrawing your money without any tangible reason. no customer support or customer service help either. my money is just wasting their, worst exchange experience of my life

I requested a withdrawal of TON , which was marked as “successful” in my account. However, the TXID provided by the exchange is invalid and cannot be found on the TON blockchain. The funds have not been received on receiving exchange, and there is no on-chain record of the transaction. I have submitted multiple support tickets (Ticket #10013) but received no proper response. Telegram support initially called it a “system mistake” and promised a manual transfer, but there has been no update.
