Using app with a bougerv dual zone 37L. Setup was a bit tricky but not impossible. Everything works great, graphics are very simple but functional. The biggest issue I have, is if enough time passes, I have to go back and search for my cooler. Also a notification for loss of power, or sudden rise in temperature (say 15-20° change), would be great. Had my battery die, and no way to know until I checked. By that time you could lose your food. Not a bad app, but needs some improving.

I do not see any way to contact tech support. I have two dual zone units. The app detects and displays both, but have to switch between them. When I switch, the app says "press the settings button on the display panel". I have to stop the vehicle, go back to the unit and press the button.

Does what it says, allows me to control the cooler from my phone. Connected immediately without issue. Was able to adjust all settings very quickly and intuitively. The cooler responded right away, and let me know it was working by playing a beeping sound whenever I made an adjustment. I was even able to rename my cooler. Which is helpful for when I order more of them.
