See where your business money actually goes. Cash Flow is a simple income and
expense tracker for shop owners, small businesses and freelancers, with current
accounts, receivables and payables in the same ledger.

Open the app and you see the cash in your till and bank, this month's income and
expenses, and anything already overdue. Collections stop slipping.

INCOME AND EXPENSE TRACKING
• Record amounts VAT inclusive or exclusive; net and VAT are split for you
• Ready-made categories: rent, payroll, social security, tax, utilities, fuel
• Track cash, bank and card accounts separately

The free tier covers day-to-day work: 3 accounts, 100 entries per month, 15
contacts, 30 open receivables or payables, and a 30-day cash-flow forecast.

Pro adds unlimited entries, accounts and contacts; a 90-day cash-flow
projection; cheque and note tracking; multi-currency; unlimited PDF and CSV
export; and removes ads.

WHAT THIS IS NOT
Honestly: this is not e-invoicing software, it does not file tax returns, and it
does not replace your accountant. What it does is follow your business money day
by day and hand your accountant clean data.

YOUR DATA
Your records belong to your account and are visible only to you. You can keep
reading them when you have no connection.
