Arguably the worse app i've experienced in years. Although the word experience is a stretch because despite many attempts i haven't been able to register. Did anyone on the design team even take a look at how other mobile banking apps deal with registration. If someone was paid to deliver this app...the bank should ask for a refund. Absolutely hopeless, 1 star is too much. There must have been an update to the app as I'm now able to register and access my account.

Badly designed banking app. Why would such an app ask you to scan a code whilst using it but expect the code to be scanned with the app itself through the camera feature which isn't possible when you're using the device the app is installed on. App is full of constant errors. Payments are supposedly sent and not received by recipient, could at least show it as pending if it hasn't been processed and make it clear exactly when payments are processed as they don't go through outside office hours.

Appallingly imprecise support documentation on the web site. Badly set up registration field for the dob so that you can't edit it manually....! Has anyone ever done any actual physical testing of the processes involved in setting this app up? It would seem not. I'm a s/w developer and would be ashamed of being associated with it. I like ARB, but this level of service is unacceptable, so they've just lost a customer.
