nobody returns emails, the new sample bottles thru John Deere have no address or a QR Code on where they get sent. Once I'm done with this box of samples I'm doing everything thru CAT! The Postage is paid when u buy the CAT samples and they are much quicker flwith results. send 4 samples to this place, u get 1 today 1 next week and rest weeks later. Horrible
