No order tracking option. No order status update. I ordered my food and waited more than more than 90 mins. But in this app mentioned 1 hr. After 90 mins I called customer care only then they processed my order. Still, i am waiting for food delivery. Waste app and customer support! Very disappointed

They make an offer on the app I ordered it and waited them to accept it and they did The order should take one hour as mentioned in the app but it never came and they don't respond to the phone number they put!! it's very annoying and disrespectful if you have rush of orders you can simply don't accept it or at least contact with me, or if you can't make it don't do it from the start! عملوا عرض على الابليكشن بتاعهم ولما طلبته انتظرت شوية وبعدها قبلوا الطلب المفروض على التطبيق ان الاوردر يوصل ب

Very bad experience, after I ordered and waited a long time for the delivery. They called me to say order is not available. Although that it is available on the app.
