Recently when I open the app / wallet to scan the QR code, the scanner is unable to scan the QR code, I have checked my phone and there is no issue thereby loosing points on 3 occasions. Kindly provide a different alternative so that we do not loose points or update your scanner. Also the counter staff should be able to add our points to a mobile number instead.

Good application, but staff is very unprofessional. They are arguing loudly in presence of the other customers. Telling that this job is not mine it's yours so and so. Caribou has nice cafe. But they should have mystery seeker in outlets to observe staff behaviour and management should notice this.

Bad experience.. one of the problems: I can't order my free drink, even after updating the app, and after one week of telling the stuff about the problem, so what is the benefit of using the app? Specifically I'm emerald member!
