At the start it fails to Add Device (bridge) due to not knowing that the setup device is connected to the USB Bridge. However, on newer devices if you are patient there is a prompt to "stay connected" to the bridge even though there is no internet access. Accept this and the app will make the connection (took me about 2 minutes). If you are looking to use the "Motion Blinds" API find About under Settings and tap the Bliss logo 5-10 times. This will present the 16-digit API key for your account.

I have connected to the Bridge wifi, but when I press "Next", the app always opens the network settings. It won't let me get past that screen. Attempting to "send" feedback within the app opens the share tray instead of actually sending. Tried with another phone, and on that one, I can't even select my wifi network to get to the screen that blocked me previously. Update: Following a recommendation from customer support, I tried to delete my account. Deletion doesn't work!

We went through and charged all of our roller shades. however, the app still shows that the batteries are low on all of them. but when we go click on each individual blind, it says it is 100% charged. there is a glitch in the app that doesn't update the accurate battery percentage on the main screen. This needs to be looked into and the software corrected. We put a lower rating on the app because when we went to give feedback on the app, even that wouldn't work... So we came on here.
