I need a verification code in order to change my password. This code can be texted or emailed, however, you need to leave the page to retrieve the code. When you try to go back to the page to enter the code... the page disappears and goes back to the original login screen. I have tried at least seven times with both texts and emails. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. It's the same thing EVERY time. I have not ever had issues with the Cincinnati bell app.

I went into my app to pay my bill at the beginning of the month. And for some reason, it didn't work. I got a notification that it didn't pay it. I checked my bank account, and the money was still there. I had to pay late, due to the app not working. Its said I had a high late fee! Nop, it wasn't my fault, I pay early every month. Need it fixed!

Can't use app to watch shows when not at my house if I'm at work and have a break or waiting for a car repair it would be nice to use it when I had Spectrum I could watch any channel from anywhere.
