The app has to authenticate your login externally through a browser. It's 2025, find a way to keep the authentication and login process internally. And why can't I pay with a credit card? Visa, discover, doesn't seem to matter. The only way to successfully pay is via debit. If you're going to shut my internet off cause I forgot to pay, at least make it easy for me to pay?!

Did you ever think about making an app, one that has a functioning payment method? This company is the absolute worst when it comes to accepting a payment properly. In my 35 years of life I've never had a harder time paying a freaking bill than with this stupid company. half the time the payments magically don't go through on the card it just says "Oh sorry we can't do that" and the other times it goes to the wrong account. And if you have to talk to customer service, they just insult you.

I was paying 130$ for next to nothing internet put up with it a few months moved to a new home dropped them for a new provider payed 139$ 1 month after charged 12$ 2 months after tried setting up automatic payment for the last month because it would be easier if it would let me and im not sure if it is or not because its not confirming or denying it did convoluted bad service would not recommend the app or service
