My experience Ounass has been extremely disappointing. Save your time & money, do not buy from them. Despite being in Dubai, nothing actually arrives within promised 2 hour delivery window, completely misleading and unreliable. Even worse, there is a real concern about product quality. You may end up receiving items that appear to be used or previously returned by other customers, which is unacceptable for a premium shopping platform. Customer service is equally frustrating. no help or solution

1. App keeps crashing whenever I click on a product then click back, it says no connection then takes me to the bottom of the scroll menu. 2. App needs dark mode. 3. App needs a visible share option for products.

The Android app is unresponsive most of the time! Very frustrating! You keep clicking on stuff and nothing changes. I can't even create an account; it keeps saying unexpected token!
