Wolna Keja Bosman's Panel is a dedicated tool for managers of Masurian ports and marinas. The application allows you to manage the port plan, berth availability, and all reservations for sailors using the Wolna Keja client application in one place.

- Pool Calendar – plan long-term availability. Edit capacity for a single day or an entire date range with a single click, check reservations for a specific day, and view change history.
- Reservation List – a complete list of reservations with search and filtering options.
- Add Reservations – the Bosman can create a reservation manually by selecting a berth directly from the port plan (e.g., for guests reporting by radio or in person). - Real-time synchronization – all changes are immediately visible in the sailor's app and with the other boatswain.

For whom?

The app is designed for boatswains, harbor masters, marina and marina owners – primarily in Masuria, but works anywhere the Wolna Keja ecosystem operates. To use the panel, the port must be registered in the Wolna Keja system, and logging in requires an account assigned to a specific marina.

Security and privacy

Port, berth, and reservation data are stored in the Google Firebase infrastructure. Access to the panel is protected by a login and password, and permissions are assigned to a specific port—no boatswain can see someone else's marina reservation.
