Altitude+ is available in Colorado, Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Southwest South Dakota (Rapid City-DMA), and Wyoming. Please note that due to NBA and NHL restrictions, some areas may not receive Nuggets or Avalanche game broadcasts.
You can cancel at any time. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified in your account settings.
Subscriptions are managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

Started off good. But now the app constantly buffers and is impossible to watch any games. I've tried clearing cache, data, restarting, etc. I hope this problem gets resolved soon, because definitely not worth the monthly subscription fee. And! Recently, a weird message of "No EPG Data Available" has been popping up in the middle while games are on.

This appears to have been a waste of money. I got this just for Avs games. I could not possibly care less about the NBA. The library of replays seems to be extremely limited. Maybe its because i just initiated my membership and games earlier in he season are therefore unavailable to me. I did the monthly plan just to test the waters before committing to a yearly plan. I'll give it a kittle more time, but initially Im fairly unimpressed.

we have altitude on multiple TVs and phones. I'm really disappointed in the reliability for the price of the service. we only use this for watching avalanche games, nothing else. It's just not worth the cost at all. The app is glitchy, and they don't even have all the games. in order to watch all the games I have to subscribe to multiple services, which is absolutely absurd. In addition to that, I can't watch the games when I'm out of town, even on my same devices.Mobile data doesn't work either
