Altitude+ is available in Colorado, Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Southwest South Dakota (Rapid City-DMA), and Wyoming. Please note that due to NBA and NHL restrictions, some areas may not receive Nuggets or Avalanche game broadcasts.
You can cancel at any time. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified in your account settings.
Subscriptions are managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

Ratings and reviews

This app crashes and the stream crashes way too often for something I pay a monthly subscription for. Also, it is hard to use the app to watch games an hour or two late. As soon as you open the app, you will usually see the current score of the game, spoiling the outcome. The stream also will randomly skip to being live again. The PC webpage is even worse than the app.

Frequent stalls and drops while streaming. Multiple emails to support, with elaborate, time consuming solves that temporarily improve streaming, but drops and buffering continues on next attempt to stream. happens on apple and google and amazon devices across 2 different accounts (2 different accounts necessary because it doesnt allow streaming on mine and my girlfriend's devices simultaneously). Doesnt carry all of the games. Seems to be more often that a different streaming service is needed.

update 3/13/26 It's very annoying when I start a live game late and there is no option to start from the beginning. Score is visible from broadcast. The feed also switches to live action if the internet drops off to long. It should pause at the current location on the timeline instead of jumping to live action and spoiling the game. I get it's live action stream so maybe that's not possible untill the final replay footage is uploaded. So, watch live from tip off, or wait till after post game.
