Altitude+ is available in Colorado, Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Southwest South Dakota (Rapid City-DMA), and Wyoming. Please note that due to NBA and NHL restrictions, some areas may not receive Nuggets or Avalanche game broadcasts.
You can cancel at any time. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified in your account settings.
Subscriptions are managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

The Amazon TV app crashes within a minute of streaming. I contacted their support department and they are less than helpful. All they would do is send the same list of troubleshooting steps I perfomed a million times over the past few months and before I contacted them. They stated I don't have any devices connected when I was able to stream to all of my devices. I was actively streaming when they killed my connection. They are refusing to help. Don't download the app or pay for this service.

Can't believe I pay for this. No cast feature. Comes on muted. Fuzzy picture, laggy and often cuts feed before end of game even when live. I verified I have an up to date smart tv, android and app. Often get pauses, 3 dots & multiple lost signals lately. Only good thing is 4 devices under one account. Works better with phone than tv. I pay a premium price for a sub-par service. Will be looking into other streaming options in the future.

we have altitude on multiple TVs and phones. I'm really disappointed in the reliability for the price of the service. we only use this for watching avalanche games, nothing else. It's just not worth the cost at all. The app is glitchy, and they don't even have all the games. in order to watch all the games I have to subscribe to multiple services, which is absolutely absurd. In addition to that, I can't watch the games when I'm out of town, even on my same devices.Mobile data doesn't work either
