Ratings and reviews

This app crashes and the stream crashes way too often for something I pay a monthly subscription for. Also, it is hard to use the app to watch games an hour or two late. As soon as you open the app, you will usually see the current score of the game, spoiling the outcome. The stream also will randomly skip to being live again. The PC webpage is even worse than the app.

I love altitude and KSE, but this app is horrible. I have tried to use fast forward and reverse, but it constantly skips back and forth. The banner with the name of the game and playback bar/settings gets stuck and won't disappear. I know I can watch multiscreen on my phone, but was unable to on my TV. And finally, I was watching OT on the Dallas game, probably 8 minutes behind, just as the shootout started, the live view switched to the post-game and I missed the end because it removed the game

update 3/13/26 It's very annoying when I start a live game late and there is no option to start from the beginning. Score is visible from broadcast. The feed also switches to live action if the internet drops off to long. It should pause at the current location on the timeline instead of jumping to live action and spoiling the game. I get it's live action stream so maybe that's not possible untill the final replay footage is uploaded. So, watch live from tip off, or wait till after post game.
