Contextia is a collaboration app designed for teams that create campaign text and visuals. It's there to keep the work going when you leave your desk: see assigned tasks, read summaries, provide feedback to your team, and stay instantly informed of important developments.

Your assigned and tracked tasks are collected in a single list, regardless of the project. Your next task is always at your fingertips.

TASK DETAILS
Read the campaign summary in rich text format; see assigned tasks, trackers, due dates, and the task's progress at a glance. Edit the title and description, advance the status, and assign tasks to your teammates.

COMMENTS AND TAGGING
Talk to your team under the work. Tag a friend with @ and they'll receive instant notifications. Feedback doesn't get scattered across email traffic; it stays right next to the work.

NOTIFICATIONS, BY YOUR RULES
Receive instant notifications when you're assigned a task, when a task is commented on, or when someone tags you. You can turn push and email notifications on and off individually from within the app.

PROJECTS AND ACTIVITY FLOW
See your projects and the team's latest activity on the main screen. You don't need to ask anyone to understand what's happening.

WORKS OFFLINE
On a plane, subway, or out of coverage: the content you last viewed is saved on your device, and the app updates itself when the connection returns.

WITH WEB PANEL
In Contextia's web panel, teams generate AI-powered campaign text and visuals, create alternatives, edit visuals with the collage editor, and manage the media library. The mobile app is for carrying the tracking, communication, and approval side of this process with you.

ACCOUNT
An account is required to use the application. You can register yourself through the app or join your team's workspace via an invitation. You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the app.

RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY
Contextia does not track you. It does not show you ads, does not collect advertising ID, does not access your location, does not use third-party analytics and tracking tools, and does not sell your data. We only process data necessary for the app to function.
