Worst app experience. My card expired, but I’ve faced errors for a month trying to order a new one. After clearing cache to fix it, the app now says my mobile number is "invalid" during login—even though I am receiving OTPs on that exact number! I’m now locked out of my account. Please fix these bugs immediately.

I have a corporate provided card, but this app isn't working to link up. i have called taluq help line multiple times, but after few minutes call get disconnected by itself, and this is going round and round again and again.

I ordered a card through PSO for my permanent address, but they did not deliver it there. Instead, they delivered it to an alternative address and handed it over to another person. That person had already damaged the card envelope. When I complained, they simply put new paper over the damaged envelope and claimed it was not damaged. Do not trust them—their service is handled by Leopard, which is extremely poor and unprofessional. Now I will delete my account and permanently close it.
