PSO Fuelink app is your ultimate companion on the go!
You can apply for a new card via the app or get your app activated against an already issued card.
It helps you keep track of your spent on fuel and lubricants and not only gives an insight on your fueling behavior but also helps manage your fuel expenses. The app empowers you to manage your card related activities and functionalities such as getting card balance, loyalty points status, generating PIN Code, transaction details, customizing usage, getting supplementary card(s), reviewing analytics etc. are now available at your finger tips. This is by far the worst app and customer service I have ever experienced. I have a company-provided PSO card and have been trying to use the app as per their instructions, but I keep getting an “invalid mobile number” error on the login screen. I have raised this issue multiple times through calls and emails, but their support team only replies that the matter has been forwarded to the relevant department. After a few days, they stopped responding altogether. Extremely disappointing.

Worst team of fuel Link. I am registering on the app, but I am facing an error. Even though my mobile number is registered on my CNIC (National Identity Card), I am still encountering the issue. Attached are the screenshots of the error. I have been complaining about this issue to altpay for 20 to 25 days, but they keep saying that they will resolve the issue and call me back shortly. However, the issue has not been resolved yet.

pathetic user experience. can't block the card, can't even login to my account after logging out and it shows invalid mobile number on my 4 year old account. never seen a more consistently pathetic app than PSO Fuelink
