You are able to call or text your friends and coworkers with only Wifi, even when cellular data is not available. You can also use AltPhone to handle the situation where you wish your personal information needs to be kept privately.

This is not free as it would have one to believe. It is also way too expensive compared to other apps that offer the same service plus additional features. Keep looking and skip this one!

Simple design. Free version has lot of ads but great app.

I paid for subscription and the out calls are incoming calls won't work
