can't sign in. just keeps spinning. I tried getting out of the app. when I open again it is spinning and won't let you get shut down all the way. it is the new version.

easy to use, always works! has the info I need to quick action items like check a balance or make a transfer

Terrible app. Sloppy programming all over the place. Only works in portrait mode, won't allow document downloads unless you "enable read/write permissions" (what sort of app won't let an identified user download a pdf?), won't open automatically from an email without trying to make you download the app again - and NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT of any kind. If my financial advisor can get me away from these bozos, I'll never touch this app again.
