Overall, the email service is outstanding—I genuinely enjoy using it and find it superior to competing platforms. Unfortunately, the mobile app recently began malfunctioning, without warning. I was unable to update my external email, my notes vanished entirely, and I couldn’t create any new ones. To make matters worse, my attempts to contact support—both via the dedicated support email and the in‑app form—have gone unanswered, which is why I’m forced to give it only one star.

Soo I love this email service. I've been using yall for months as a legit email , not a forwarding service. But here recently I've had to factory reset my phone and when I reinstalled the app and successfully logged in ,my emails won't show up despite me uninstall/reinstall multiple times with no luck. Like I said I love this service, the vault is dope and I have used it in several occasions. But I have a lot of stuff tied to this email like accounts etc and I need it to work otherwise I'm SOL:(

I used to LOVE this app! It was great! Private, no ads, great UI. But now I can NOT get it to work!! I know I'm using the correct login. I use a password manager and haven't changed a thing. I log in. Asks for my pin and biometrics. Then it just sits there loading til it says "Network error" PLEASE PLEASE PLEAS fix this ASAP! I will change my review to 5 stars. But I seriously have a lot of important emails i need
