The UI for claiming treats is no longer showing the old one that allows you to set the recipient and where the funds will be deducted. I haven't been able to use it even though it was working last month.

Updating my review. I eventually received the voucher through SMS, so I appreciate that the issue was resolved in the end. However, the process took nearly a week, and I had to send multiple follow-ups before getting a resolution. For a digital voucher, the waiting time was much longer than expected. I hope the company improves its customer support response time and issue resolution process in the future.
