Ratings and reviews

We would like to change our flight date, there is no option on the website to see your booking. We downloaded the app and credit card payments have been declined all the time. We tried more than 6 cards in different times and tried to reach customer services buy no response. That is so unsatisfactory.

For some reason you can only book direct flights on the app and no multiple city flights. Honestly this company feels way behind it's competitors...

I'd find it useful if it didn't keep instantly crashing on my S24 Ultra after I enter existing booking details in. (Works fine at the same step on S21 Ultra). Problem persists on S24 even after clearing cache and data. "app keeps stopping".
