they lost my luggage and are not helpful. they won't even put it on the next flight to me.

I am trying to register for the loyalty program, but the form is requesting for a second passport number. I only have one passport. Please is the loyalty program only open to travellers with two passports? I would appreciate feedback. In addition, all the feedback froms on your website and app don't submit. What sort of way to run a business is this?

Not working. Just the small plane keeps running on the screen saying loading trip details for hours. Nothing comes up in the end. Quite useless to install
