About this app

Afaq Employee is the app for Afaq field technicians. It lists your jobs and takes you through each one, from accepting it to the customer's sign-off.

• Your jobs: accept, decline or postpone new work orders, and see the ones in progress.
• Directions and calls: open the customer's location in maps, and call the customer or the office in one tap.
• Job route: start and arrival times are recorded with your location.
• Payment: record whether the customer paid in cash, by InstaPay, or has not paid.
• Finish the job: send the customer a confirmation code on WhatsApp and collect their signature.
• Device search: look up a device and its details.

Location: Afaq Employee shares your location with your company while you are working, including when the app is in the background, so the office can see where you are and plan jobs.

Afaq Employee works with your company's Afaq account. Sign in with the email and password your office gave you.
