For a majority time, huge difference between the official rate and the rate given by Aman. Earlier, it used to be 10/20 paise less than the official rate ( Transfer to India) now it is more than a rupee always. only few times they'll give good rates. All the contemporaries are giving excellent rates but Aman is not, which is very, very disappointing.

Sometimes the money doesn't get transfered and app gets stuck. Then we have to contact their customer care to get the money back which will take two days. Meaning, the transfer will not happen and your money will be stuck for two days. Unreliable if the amount needs to be urgently transferred.

I sent money to Nepal through Aman Exchange, but the transaction was not showing in the system. I called customer service on 17/08/2026 at 10:45 AM for help. Unfortunately, the representative did not properly listen to my problem and spoke in an irritated manner. He seemed more interested in ending the call than helping me. I have lived in Kuwait for 7 years, and this was my first time using Aman Exchange. Customer care staff need better training in communication and customer support.
