The app picks up the location where the photo was taken, so officials reach the right spot. Every complaint gets a tracking number; you can check its status with just the number and your mobile, even without an account.

Track progress
See step by step who your complaint went to, what was decided and how far the work has come. When it is solved, see before-and-after photos. Facing the same problem? Tap "আমিও ভুগছি" (Me too) to show your support.

See the complaints, works and news of your own ward separately.

Development works
Where the Corporation's tender works are happening, who is doing them, for how much, and how far they have progressed — all in public. Scan the QR code on a work's signboard to open that work's page.

Corporation announcements and notices, holiday list, emergency numbers, and voting in ongoing polls — all in one place.

Opinions and points
Share your opinion about the city and vote on others' opinions. Active citizens earn points and a yearly certificate.

Privacy
Your name and mobile number are never shown publicly — only the responsible official can see them. Complaints and opinions are published without your identity. No ads or trackers. Log in with a code sent to your mobile; no password to remember.

Developed by INTRAVUS under a work order from Cumilla City Corporation. INTRAVUS publishes the app on Google Play and maintains it technically; the Corporation runs the service, resolves complaints and makes all decisions. INTRAVUS holds written authorization from the Corporation to use its name and official emblem in this app and its store listing.
