• See technicians near you with the distance shown, or search by area name if you prefer not to share your location.
• Narrow the list by rating, visit fee, experience or who is taking jobs now, and sort by best match, distance, rating, jobs done or lowest visit fee.
• Compare profiles: expertise, years of experience, service area, visit fee, work photos, and whether the technician does home visits, workshop repairs, or both.
• See the ID verified badge – technicians whose identity documents our team has checked. It confirms identity only, not the quality of their work.

HONEST RATINGS AND REVIEWS
• Every review comes from a real completed job – nobody can review a technician without actually hiring them through the app.
• Ratings for quality, price, punctuality, and behavior, so you know what to expect.

KNOW THE TYPICAL PRICE
• See what a repair like yours usually costs in your district, based on anonymous prices from previously completed jobs. No more guessing whether a quote is fair.
• Statistics are shown only when enough jobs exist, and they never reveal who paid what.

TALK DIRECTLY
• Message the technician in the app. Once they accept your request, call them or use WhatsApp if they've enabled it – numbers are never shown on profiles, so they can't be scraped.
• Send a photo of the problem so the technician can prepare.
• Block and report tools keep conversations safe.

SIMPLE REPAIR COORDINATION

• Follow the job: accepted, on the way, arrived, in progress, completed.
