Great timeless information in concise paragraphs. Each chapter takes a minute or two to actually read, then you can contemplate how to work it into your routine. One criticism is that there are numerous typos....which is common for anyone typing or working from their phone....but they need to be corrected.

Great course except when you go to the next chapter and a video ad pops up at the volume you were listening to something while you were alone. I NEVER ooen this while I'm in a waiting room anymore. It still startles me in the quiet of my living room. It's like a jack-in-the-box but it does help me remember!

This is a very good app to motivate one's mind to have a goal and achieve something that is very difficult to do without a life coach! This is a personal coach to do the undoable in life. l like this app with its ebooks and all the short chapters in it that don't waste your too much time in reading!
