About this app

Amber-e Management is the app for building managers and administrators to manage the charging of electric vehicles in the condominium — without spreadsheets and without depending on support for every adjustment.

RESIDENTS
• Register residents with their unit number and CPF (Brazilian tax ID)
• The CPF identifies the resident for WhatsApp support, so correct registration prevents charging without an owner

NFC CARDS
• Link and remove contactless cards per resident
• The resident taps the card on the charger and the charging is automatically identified

CHARGERS
• Track the condominium's charging points and which ones are online
• See what needs attention
• Remotely restart a charging point that has frozen

TARIFFS
• Define the price per kWh for your condominium
• Separate shared and private chargers
• Use peak and off-peak tariffs when it makes sense
• Changes apply to subsequent charging sessions; Ongoing sessions maintain the value at which they began

STATEMENTS
• Close the month with the condominium summary
• Generate an individual statement for each resident in PDF format
• Share via WhatsApp, for everyone or only for those who missed a session
• Send the monthly report to the administrator automatically, on the day you choose
