Logged in into the app for the first time with my phone no, someone else had a profile even the number is more than 12 years in our family. After sorting that out, your support team had to delete "old" account and had to create a new one. I'm unable to access new account on my phone it goes to the old one, no matter how many times I delete and install the app again. Every time I wanna log out, app crashes. Went shopping but was unable to get the points bc I was unable to access to my profile.

from first use,the stuf of of Nero marina mall are giving me burned coffee taste so bad,I felt bad and also they didnt scan my app points ,I complain they didn't act right... I guess we goona see alot like this barista stuff in dubai,because they just hired them with no skills

useless app.! logging in is a nightmare, can't see the points progress history, no update to points earned (have to struggle to get them manually by sending emails and so on), not linked to partner's apps., Actually it doesn't provide any useful service.
