Logged in into the app for the first time with my phone no, someone else had a profile even the number is more than 12 years in our family. After sorting that out, your support team had to delete "old" account and had to create a new one. I'm unable to access new account on my phone it goes to the old one, no matter how many times I delete and install the app again. Every time I wanna log out, app crashes. Went shopping but was unable to get the points bc I was unable to access to my profile.

Very bad app too many bugs. Not sending PIN via SMS so i logged in using Facebook. Once logged in when I update my profile. It keep saying saving but nothing happens. I have to fill up the profile form again. Am feed up not saving.

Points gets missing if you dont track regularly. We complained and the feedback was Harvey Nichols' system was not correctly synchronized. Well it's not the customers issue to fix that. We already lost points in the past that amounts equivalent to 2000 AED but to no avail. Today, we lost 1100 AED!!!! Those amount are not a joke. I would love to get a feedback on this review.
