This app is no good or even the online use. I created an account online but won't allow me to add a payment to keep. So I downloaded the app and it won't even recognize my user or password to login!! Up until 2 months ago I could pay as a guest but now with the new online update I have to call customer service to even pay these goons!!! FML!!!

The only reason I keep uninstalling, just to reinstall the worst app ever is because that's the only way to get it to work. I happened to be behind this month and the only way to avoid calling customer service, to set up a payment arrangement, is thru the freaking app. It doesn't work majority of the time. Take time to work it out Ambit, your customers are trying to use ur shi++y app

For over a year, I've been charged $5 mo for late fees due to them not setting up autopay., month. after. month. So my very last chance is to handle my business myself with this app, It will not allow me to even set up an account. With their CS and this app rejecting me, why am I not surprised? Ambit sucks. I gotta get away from. Ambit.
