Ratings and reviews

Payments take about 7 days to go through, if you don't make your payment at least 8 days in advance before the due date, you'll get charged interest even if the payment is processing! Got charged interests twice! in 2 different months with no balance due. Since I got charged interests even though there was no balance, I contacted customer service and no response, wouldn't recommend this card. Still trying to close it after a month of trying.

It works well, but my main gripe is that it takes several days from the time you make a payment for it to actually be credited to your account. The transaction also won't show up in your bank account until several days later which means you have to be more vigilant on what payments hit your bank account by the time it is processed. Also available credit doesn't update either unlike other credit cards.

I've had nothing but problem after problem with this app. When trying to dispute transactions the app freezes mid sentence while typing. I've also encountered issues with my AMC rewards ever since I started using this visa card. Also, the statement doesn't show you the points you've earned like other reward card statements. The website for the card is a joke and is even more frustrating to use. I'm ready to uninstall and move on, too much of a headache to deal with. App and website need work.
