MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH EASE
• Enable Fingerprint login for quick, secure access to your Card Account.
• Register your online account and log in securely with the same User ID and Password you use on americanexpress.co.in
• Activate new, renewed or replaced Cards
• Create, view, change or unlock your PIN.
• Check your balance and make bill payments on-the-go
• Temporarily block or unblock your Card* to limit purchases if it is misplaced, without closing your account completely.
• Replace damaged, lost or stolen Cards

Ratings and reviews

The most useless card with the most useless app ever created. You can't pay credit card bill from app (need to enter credit card details, which are again not available on app). You can't see the max limit on your card. Your transactions will get declined with no reason specified. Update Still the worst app. You click on forget password, enter all details and change password and then login with new password and account blocked. Amex itself doesnt want you to use its cards

The app currently lacks some basic but essential features that affect usability. When trying to pay credit card bills, it redirects to a web page where I’m required to log in again—this extra step is unnecessary and frustrating. Additionally, the app does not display the total outstanding amount on the payment page, and it requires manual entry of the credit card number every time. This defeats the purpose of having a convenient mobile app

The app is good to understand your activities but if we have to make a credit card payment (monthly payment) it's a pain. Just like the amex website. You are initiating the payment for the card that is configured in the same app, but still the user is asked to enter the entire details of the card then the bank account details. It's all done still in a browser, high time to build all these functionalities in the app itself and make the payment much more easier.
