MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH EASE
• Enable Fingerprint login for quick, secure access to your Card Account.
• Register your online account and log in securely with the same User ID and Password you use on americanexpress.co.in
• Activate new, renewed or replaced Cards
• Create, view, change or unlock your PIN.
• Check your balance and make bill payments on-the-go
• Temporarily block or unblock your Card* to limit purchases if it is misplaced, without closing your account completely.
• Replace damaged, lost or stolen Cards

• Turn on Purchase Alerts to keep track of your spending in real time
• Activate notifications for spend tracking, payment due reminders, weekly balance alerts & more
• View recent transactions including pending charges
• View and download statements in PDF format up to 6 months

• View and redeem your Rewards points (if enrolled) and browse through reward milestones

My login doesn't work any contacting support on their phone number doesn't work. The automated system says there's a problem accessing my account and redirects me to download this app instead of just connecting me to an agent. Rubbish customer support. EDIT: The app did not work either addressing my problem. I got access to another customer service number through which I could finally speak with a human and resolve my issue.

Fraud Bank_Very disappointing service. I surrendered my credit card 3 months ago, but the credit balance has still not been refunded. Multiple follow-ups, no resolution. This shows poor customer service and lack of accountability. Not expected from a reputed bank. Please resolve this urgently.

The app is literally a waste. I have just bought a new amex card and the app only suggests how to pay your amex bill. No details of benefits, how to enrol (also the enrolment process takes almost a month to be active). Even a transaction takes days to reflect in your statement. Never thought Amex would be so slow and lack basic customer service.
