• Enable Fingerprint login for quick, secure access to your Card Account.
• Register your online account and log in securely with the same User ID and Password you use on americanexpress.co.in
• Activate new, renewed or replaced Cards
• Create, view, change or unlock your PIN.
• Check your balance and make bill payments on-the-go
• Temporarily block or unblock your Card* to limit purchases if it is misplaced, without closing your account completely.
• Replace damaged, lost or stolen Cards

• Turn on Purchase Alerts to keep track of your spending in real time

Ratings and reviews

Average app. The only pain point is we have to enter the whole card number while making the card repay payment, that too twice, due amount and contact details. Not sure why these details need to be entered when I've already logged into the Amex app and click on "Pay now".

App is simple to use. It has all the basic features. The payment process could be improved. One needs to enter Amex card details again on the payment page. It would be great if you could support the UPI payment option to pay the credit card bill.

worst credit card in premium money & worst customer support. Better to go for other Bank premium variant Credit Cards, which offer the same kind of services at less cost. Earlier amex cards offer exclusivity feeling as not all were eligible for Amex cards. Now its same like other companies like ICICI BANK etc, but not satisfactory customer support. They sell the same third party services like insurance at a much higher rate than the first party itself. Now its like buying Brass at rate of gold.
