Where's the sign up option? I just downloaded the app because American Logistics just took over my healthcare insurance ride reservations recently. And there's only an option to sign in, but no sign up option. So what do I do?

One of the slowest and bugged professional apps i've ever used, about every 1/4 trips, pressing complete trip, does nothing, you have to force close the running application, even then it's not 100% that it will let you complete the trip. And it seems the app still can't get the quick map option right, showing the wrong destination time to time, and no way to copy the textual address displayed on android, idk about iphone. Do the developers know what they are doing with androids "app state"?

words alone couldn't express my disdain for this app especially since my job revolves around it now! if your gonna disregard it, at least fix the bug that makes me have to close then reopen it because having to drive while navigating your phone due to a plethora of glitches and bugs is quite a health risk
