This new app is complete trash. It only worked the first day I used it, after finally getting assistance with it, it took me forever to get assistance because the bank would never answer the phone after countless attempts at reaching them. The very next day it worked and now it isn't working all over again. The old app never gave me any problems but this one never works correctly. This app, and the bank's customer service, needs major work!

I understand in this day & time sensitive security issues need be in place, but I personally PREFER the old app: easier to navigate, password I could remember, security questions I could remember, etc....I have to make notes of all these changes, which ultimately makes me now more compromised....

Hey American partners I got a big problem this is the second time I had this problem i can't get on my account even when I put the right password in right fix it!! Please cuz I had to change my password cuz of it and I really don't want to do that a 3rd time either thank u and have a nice safe day.
