nice app but so many bugs. 1. Even though all the apps are updated, when I try to watch the tutorial, the app asks me to update YouTube. 2. After drawing a background, adding accessories to it and saving it, a glitch occurs - extra accessories are added in different sizes.

I love this app I can use it to create my cartoon characters with images. This app is very good but they are too much ADs any time I click a character body that comes with the app next time I click it I have to watch an ad please fix that but anyways the app is Great!!

In this app you can't create Cartoon, voice and text. But can create a GIF. If you want to create a Cartoon so download (Tweencraft). In which you can add images, voice, GIF and characters which are made by app creator. And in characters you can change their face experience. If you want to make GIF download this app and if you want to create Cartoon download (Tweencraft).
