Rules for EACH locale:
- Write the TITLE, short description and full description ENTIRELY in the native language and script of the target locale (Chinese characters for zh, Arabic script for ar, Bengali for bn, Armenian for hy, Amharic for am, Cyrillic for ru and uk, Latin for en and de, etc).
