Our network is one of the Uk’s largest – with more than 9,000 EV charging points.

Register on the app and upgrade to a bp pulse subscription to:

• Pay 20% less** than when you Pay as You Go with our best on the go charging tariff.
• Order a bp pulse charge card if you’d prefer a different way to start your charge.

Or register as a free Pay as You Go user and simply add a payment card within the app wallet to get started.

Both Subscribers and Pay as You Go users can use the app too:
• Start and stop a charge
• Save your favourite charging points on our live map
• Find available electric vehicle charging stations
• Filter by connector type and kW speed
• Check charging history and download VAT receipts

I only occasionally use Pulse, but in the past it's usually worked. Just tried it on a 7kW charger that doesn't take contactless, and the app just hangs - spinning circle on white screen forever. Had to give up and find somewhere else. I see the app was only updated a week ago, something's been broken. Rubbish quality control.

Come on BP do better, the app only seems to work if I don't try to create an account... pointless... the moment I do I open the app and it stalls on a loading screen and closes itself again. this makes it completely un-useable... I'm using a Google pixel 9 phone so this shouldn't be an issue I have deleted and downloaded the app 5 times to no success... you have loads of 1 star reviews on a business that definitely has the funds to sort it out!! Come on!!!

Absolutely rubbish app. Got this through EOn Next Ev benefits by Zoom. Have tried to set up an account twenty times and keeps saying unable to complete set up. Obviously this app hasn't been tested thoroughly enough and judging by amount of similar reviews to this, BP still aren't sorting out the problem with their app. What a total waste of time. Should be able to give 0 stars.
