Ratings and reviews

I only occasionally use Pulse, but in the past it's usually worked. Just tried it on a 7kW charger that doesn't take contactless, and the app just hangs - spinning circle on white screen forever. Had to give up and find somewhere else. I see the app was only updated a week ago, something's been broken. Rubbish quality control.

I don't normally leave reviews good or bad but this app has driven me to it! don't bother with this app you go through all the hassle of registering but keeps logging you out without you being able to do anything I registered and spent the next 30 mins in a cycle of logging in, getting a code entering the code, being logged out and repeating. for a company of this size you would assume they could get a simple thing like an app that is usable right. active subscription and can't access it

The app is a Trainwreck. You can't even log in as it sends you round in circles as it has trouble remembering login information. You have to go thru login as if it's a new device every single time, only for it to just throw a spinning circle for infinity when it trys sending a secure email login link. I have a subscription I can't even get into the stupid app to now cancel it, as the experience with this software hasn't been good for many months and they don't fix it.
