The Urban Atlas Property & Utility Survey Mobile App is a comprehensive GIS-based field data collection solution developed to support property and underground utility surveys across Urban Local Bodies (ULBs). The application enables survey teams to collect accurate spatial and attribute information for properties, water supply, sewerage, stormwater drainage, electrical, gas, and communication networks using Android devices.

The app provides offline survey capabilities, allowing field teams to continue data collection without internet connectivity. Once connectivity is restored, the collected data is securely synchronized with the central Urban Atlas platform. It supports GPS-based location tracking, geotagged photographs, map-based digitization, barcode/QR code support (if required), validation rules, and role-based workflows to ensure high-quality and consistent data.

Supervisors can monitor survey progress in real time, review submitted records, assign tasks, and perform quality checks through integrated workflows. The application also includes survey status tracking, issue reporting, and audit trails, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the survey lifecycle.
