I've missed out on several opportunities to earn points because it keeps saying it's unable to locate my account. I've clicked on notify every time& it says someone will get in touch with me, but nothing.... update it's Jan 18 and still nothing! Not even a reply to this negative review& my plan still doesn't show up. I even deleted my car& tried readding it& talked to the managers in Stephenville! So obviously nobody cares& if I get charged double again this month or ever again, I'm not staying.

The app totally doesn't work. Logging in with password doesn't work. It's a waste of time.
