Ratings and reviews

Doesn't do much more than find a location (which Google Maps can do just fine). The app does show my account info and trips through the wash, but it's little more than "your car was here." There's nothing about deals or other plans and provides no means for feedback. Half the brushes miss my car a good portion of the time and there are water spots everywhere. it would be nice to be able to let an employee know.

Useless App. There's literally no point to this app. you can't accomplish anything on it but setting up your account and purchasing. It's basically just one big advertisement. You can't update payment options, or see information from more than one location. I think it's nice they have an app now, but this one is good for accomplishing really nothing. Just buying new services. the history only shows two washes from one location. I've washed at least 20 times at different locations. Pointless app

Not pleased. Migration process was clunky; had to go to physical location but was still incorrectly billed twice. And my account didn't migrate - it appears as a brand new account. It would've been much easier to cancel & start over. Oh, and the app doesn't have any way to text; only a link to an email address.
